International Standards Collaboration and Certification Center

As the world’s second largest economy, China needs to strengthen the internationalization of green and low-carbon related standards. The central goal: to promote the internationalization, commercialization and industrialization of standards, and to promote the development of related green industries through standard industrialization.

Green Science City Decision System

The purpose is to establish a perfect green city and green building index system software for regional green city evaluation. According to different priorities, the green urban subdivision is subdivided into sustainable cities, low carbon cities, ecological urban areas, safe cities, efficient cities, healthy cities, urban renewal management, sponge cities, no waste cities, smart cities, and tough cities. Evaluation of aspects. Refer to the current green city evaluation system at home and abroad, screen and sort out relevant indicators in each aspect, and classify the attributes of the rules, such as applicable areas, buildings, design stages, etc. Users can select indicators based on city bias and enter the rules to enter the evaluation. After inputting the data into the scoring rules, the software will output a total score table and a visualized radar chart to vividly show the degree of greening in the city. And establish a green city database, record traceable and measurable data, establish a tracking intelligence system to observe the results of construction or transformation, and combine with green finance to track the test results and the fund information of the transformation process and This proposes improvements. In addition, we will sort out the application of green technology in various aspects and encourage the development of green technology.

Building data transparency standard

The Building Data Transparency Standard (BDTS) is the world’s first transparent evaluation program for building data, contributing to the transparency, protection and use of data in assessing the design, construction and use of buildings. The Building Data Transparency Standard (BDTS) is an international standard that is adjusted, operated and applied locally through a network of international operators, reviewers and industry professionals. Through its application and use, BDTS helps customers measure and reduce the environmental impact of their buildings, creating higher value, lower risk assets.

Healthy building materials and product evaluation standards

This standard is formulated for the purpose of controlling indoor air pollution sources, protecting human health, and regulating healthy building materials. Through extensive investigation and research, the preparation team carefully summarizes practical experience and formulates this standard with reference to relevant foreign and domestic advanced standards. This standard was jointly developed by Tongji University, Bureau Veritas and Shanghai Academy of Building Research, and provided to Shanghai Urban Construction Materials Co., Ltd. This standard is divided into 7 chapters, the main technical content is: 1. General; 2. Definition; 3. Basic regulations; 4. Air; 5 water; 6. Light; 7. Comfort.

Green Eco-City Case and Technical Guide

The “Green Eco-City Case and Technical Guide” is the subject of the Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Management Committee in 2019, and is undertaken by the Shanghai Branch of the China Academy of Building Research. The technical guide will become a formal publication published at the end of the year, which contains two major contents, which are the various technologies and products, scope of application, technical features and economic performance that need to be adopted in the construction of green eco-city. How to evaluate various technologies and product applications in the evaluation process of green eco-city. This book is currently the first technical book in China to comprehensively introduce the whole process of eco-city construction and evaluation. It has great guiding significance for the green eco-urban districts that are being created by various districts and administrative committees in Shanghai and a total of nearly 100 square kilometers. It will also provide technical guidance for the construction of green ecological urban areas across the country.

Green Technology Demonstration Guidelines

The main body of green technology innovation is enterprises. Under the combined effect of government regulations, market forces and public pressure, more and more companies are actively choosing green strategies to promote green technology innovation and produce green products. In the process of green technology application, enterprises also need to rely on a standard system to carry out green technology demonstration work. Considering the scope of green technology is large, it is carried out in stages.
